The Mobile Buzz

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• BAR : Our beautiful mobile bar trailer will be used to serve from.

• SERVICE : 4 hours of bar service (don’t worry – you can add more time!) Set up and tear down are at no cost to you!

• INSURANCE : General liability insurance provided.

• STAFF : 2 licensed and friendly bartenders.

• ICE : Ice & Ice buckets provided.

• DISPOSABLES : Cups, napkins, straws, & garbage bags provided.

• MENU : Fully customizable menu designed to coordinate with your event theme. Printed beautifully and standing at the bar.

• ORDER SUPPORT : Assistance with ordering alcohol via an online shopping list. Please note that alcohol and mixers are a separate purchase and must be purchased by the event host.

• TRAVEL : 75 miles round trip is included. (Additional milage charge added after 75 miles)

“Catch A Buzz” – Starting at $1250

In addition to what is listed above, here’s what else is included in the “Catch a Buzz” package:

• Service of up to 2 choices of wine
• Service of up to 3 choices of bottled or canned beer / seltzers

“Lets Get Buzzed” – Starting at $1450

In addition to what is listed above, here’s what else is included in the “Let’s Get Buzzed” package:

• Service of up to 2 choices of wine
• Service of up to 3 choices of bottled or canned beer / seltzers
• Service of up to 2 signature cocktails

“Queen Bee” – Starting at $1700

In addition to what is listed above, here’s what else is included in the “Queen Bee” package:

• Service of up to 2 choices of wine
• Service of up to 3 choices of bottled or canned beer / seltzers
• Open bar concept – This allows the event host to stock the bar with multiple liquor and mixer options, and guests have the option to order basic, two-ingredient drinks (Ex: Jack & Coke, Vodka Cranberry, Gin & Tonic).

“Smaller Hive” – Starting at $700

This package is for events with 30 guests or less OR for events that only need 2 hours of serving time (Weddings with over 30 guests excluded).

In addition to what is listed above, here’s what else is included in the “Smaller Hive” package:

• Service of up to 2 choices of wine
• Service of up to 3 choices of bottled or canned beer / seltzers

“Bartender Only” Service – $250 flat rate

This package is for bartender only service and does not include use of our mobile bar trailer. Includes 1 bartender & 4 hours of serving time.

*Venue must provide a free-standing bar available for use*

Add-Ons

• ADDITIONAL TIME – $100 per hour. Please add time in advance. There will be an additional $35 fee if additional time is added on the day of the event.
  *$50 per hour bartender only service*
• ADDITIONAL BARTENDERS – $50 per hour per bartender.
• CUSTOM DECOR – $125 and up. We always have our mobile bar trailer beautifully decorated, but we can also customize our decor to match your event perfectly.
• CHAMPAGNE SERVICE – $100 flat fee added to your package.

Please note: Alcohol and mixers must be purchased by the event host, and are not included in the package pricing.
